Waldo County Unified Court closed cases

The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between the dates of June 1 and June 7.

Douglas Barlow, 65, of Jackson, unlawful cutting of trees, dismissed.

Charles C. Beckett, 32, of Stockton Springs, night hunting, dismissed; hunt with firearms/crossbow without hunter orange, $100 fine.

Shayla Belotte, 27, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, $500 fine.

Tyler D. Cherry, 19, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Adam M. Damon, 28, of Stockton Springs, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Waldo County Jail nine months, probation revoked; theft by deception, with priors, Waldo County Jail nine months.

Bradley S. Hatch, 34, of Winterport, unlawful sexual touching, Waldo County Jail 364 days, all but 56 days suspended, one year probation.

Shane R. Hazzard, 27, of Winslow, fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size, $120 fine.

James D. Kalenderian, 32, of Providence, R.I., aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed; criminal forfeiture of property, forfeited; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, Department of Corrections four years, all suspended, two years probation.

Tammy McCue, 47, of Knox, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Richard M. McKay, of Winterport, violating protection from abuse order, Waldo County Jail 24 hours; violating protection from abuse order, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed; violating protection from abuse order, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.

David R. Pattershall, 71, of Stockton Springs, domestic violence terrorizing, Waldo County Jail six months, probation partially revoked; domestic violence assault, with domestic violence priors, dismissed.

Andrew Smith, 38, of Seal Harbor, aggravated assault, probation partially revoked, probation continued, no sentence imposed.

Tyson S. Servisky, 30, of Greenbush, operating after habitual offender revocation, with two priors, $1,000 fine, Department of Corrections nine months and one day.

Jesse Abbott Stanley, 24, of Belfast, domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed.

Hunter K. Thompson, 18, of Morrill, operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine.

Dennis Malcolm Vaughan Sr., 62, of Lewiston, failure to register vehicle, Waldo County Jail 48 hours; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Waldo County Jail seven days; violating condition of release, Waldo County Jail seven days; operating after registration suspended, Waldo County Jail 48 hours; violating condition of release, Waldo County Jail 48 hours; fugitive from justice, waiver of extradition.
