Waldo County Unified Court closed cases

The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between the dates of Jan. 25 and Jan. 31.

Joseph R. Arbour, 33, of Mercer, trafficking in prison contraband, Department of Corrections nine months and one day.

Jeremy A. Brochu, 35, of Islesboro, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Ian J. Campbell, 28, of Montville, hunting antlerless deer without permit, $300 fine.

Cierra L. Carle, 18, of Windsor, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor, dismissed.

Damian L. Craven, 30, of Belfast, operating vehicle without license, $100 fine.

Christopher W. Cunningham, 31, of Franklin, reckless conduct, dismissed; cruelty to animals, Waldo County Jail 364 days, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation.

Jacob R. Dorr, 26, of Winterport, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Dylan E. Eldridge, 32, of Orland, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, $500 fine; violating condition of release, $250 fine.

Jean Gallant, 60, of Frankfort, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Kyle Harding, 20, of Searsmont, motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over the speed limit, $500 fine.

Dylan Hopkins, 29, of Brooks, feed-baiting deer, $150 fine.

Thomas S. Howie, 47, of Belfast, criminal mischief, dismissed.

Emery G. Hoyt, 31, of Belfast, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $750 fine.

Shawna A. Lanpher, 39, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, dismissed.

Paul Michael Lawrence, 47, of Brooks, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, Waldo County Jail six months, all but seven days suspended, stayed until April 19, one year probation, license suspended three years, registration suspended; failure to stop, remain, provide information, Waldo County Jail seven days, stayed until April 19; operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, Waldo County Jail seven days, stayed until April 19.

Kellian S. Libby, 24, of Liberty, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Jordan M. Luther, 24, of Montville, failure to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury, dismissed; failing to make oral or written accident report, $150 fine.

Zebediah Maker, 33, of Liberty, driving to endanger, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked - operating under the influence, $800 fine, Waldo County Jail seven days, license suspended one year.

Barbie Mattingly, 45, of Montville, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Thyeem Owens, 27, Queens, N.Y., fugitive from justice, dismissed.

Timothy A. Patten, 35, of Morrill, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

Willard Rogers, 23, of Liberty, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.

Melissa R. Rolfe, 33, of Franklin, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; attaching false plates, $150 fine.

Russell E. Spear, 56, of Boothbay, domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Samantha A. Stanley, 28, of Belfast, attaching false plates, $100 fine.

Dylan Stinson, 23, of Bangor, violating protection from abuse order, Waldo County Jail 45 days.

Craig S. Thomas, 52, of Lincolonville, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Erik Thompson, 39, of Montville, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, $1,000 fine, Waldo County Jail six months; attaching false plates, dismissed.

Gregory Allen Thompson, 54, of Waldo, unlawful sexual contact, Department of Corrections five years, all but two years suspended, four years probation; unlawful sexual contact, Department of Corrections two years.

Dennis W. Tripp Jr., 45, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, $1,000 fine, Waldo County Jail six months; violating condition of release, Waldo County Jail seven days.

Walter Vonfricken, 46, of Emeryville, Calif., operating under the influence (alcohol), $1,000 fine, license suspended; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, dismissed.
