Waldo County Unified Court closed cases

The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between the dates of March 29 to April 4.

Christopher Beeton, 30, of Morrill, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, Waldo County Jail three months; gross sexual assault, dismissed; sexual exploitation of minor, dismissed; unlawful sexual contact, Department of Corrections five years, all but nine months suspended, two years probation.

Diana Blood, 33, of Searsport, violating condition of release, dismissed.

John E. Cox III, 53, of Bryant Pond, trafficking in prison contraband, Department of Corrections three years, all suspended, two years probation.

Kyle L. Downs, 26, of Brooks, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, Department of Corrections four years, all but nine months suspended, three years probation.

Joanne Marie Drew, 67, of Knox, criminal forfeiture of property, dismissed; criminal forfeiture of property, forfeited; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Jonathan George Duff, 25, of Rutland, Mass., gross sexual assault, dismissed.

Alic Flagg, 16, of Searsport, operating vehicle without license, dismissed.

Thatcher Jackson, 17, of East Boothbay, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

Warren A. King, 26, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, Waldo County Jail nine months all but 10 days suspended, stayed until May 3, two years probation, $381.17 restitution; criminal mischief, Waldo County Jail 10 days, stayed until May 3; obstructing report of crime, Waldo County Jail 10 days, stayed until May 3.

Jonathan B. Lawrence, 18, of Brooks, minor consuming liquor, dismissed.

Nickolas C. Ortiz, 42, of Belfast, criminal mischief, dismissed.

William Robert Peebles III, 44, of Palermo, domestic violence assault, dismissed; obstructing report of a crime, dismissed.

Michael A. Ripley, 28, of Belfast, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed; hindering apprehension or prosecution, dismissed.

Joel Strasnick, 47, of Fairfield, discharge firearm or crossbow near dwelling, $150 fine.

Heather Walsh, 38, of Thorndike, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Shane L. Webber, 36, of Greenfield, operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked, $750 fine, Waldo County Jail seven days, stayed until April 23.
