Waldo County Unified Court closed cases

The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between the dates of April 5 and April 11.

Jason R. Bates, 23, of Lebanon, reckless conduct, dismissed; criminal mischief, unconditional discharge.

Gabriel Delano, 26, of Waldoboro, ice fishing with more than five lines, $100 fine.

Cheri L. Givens, 38, of Belfast, failure to stop, remain, provide information, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, $500 fine, $500 suspended.

Gerald Hews, 41, of Belfast, failure to comply with Sex Offender Registration Act, second offense, Waldo County Jail 20 days.

Paul Labonville, 26, of Troy, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

Shirley Rose Langille, 68, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine.

Jennifer Lambeth, 35, of Stockton Springs, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

Cody Lewis, 21, of Belfast, reckless conduct, dismissed; criminal mischief, unconditional discharge.

Tanisha Linscott, 20, of Jacksonville, N.C., assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $200 fine.

William G. Mattingly, 37, of Troy, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, $500 fine.

Judith Mayo, 52, of Hampden, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine.

Marissa May Melton, 27, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Garrett W. Mernick, 78, of Winterport, assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $100 fine.

Corey Palmer, 38, of Freedom, operating under the influence (alcohol), with one prior, probation revoked, no sentence imposed.

Christopher E. Ramsey Sr., 49, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked.

Kyle Raymond, 26, of Liberty, domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Dakota S. Smith, 21, of Benton, violating condition of release, dismissed.

Chad E. Snow, 25, of Palermo, operating under the influence (alcohol), $800 fine, Waldo County Jail 48 hours, stayed until April 19, license suspended 150 days.

Rodney G. Triplet, 64, of Searsmont, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, Waldo County Jail 30 days, stayed until May 6; failure to register vehicle, dismissed; operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, $500 suspended, Waldo County Jail 30 days, stayed until May 6; attaching false plates, dismissed.

Clover E. Vega, 33, of Belfast, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, dismissed.

Andrew Veysey, 31, of Palmyra, trafficking in prison contraband, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, Waldo County Jail 30 days.

Benjamin Wright, 26, of Winterport, fish without valid license, dismissed.
