Waldo County Unified Court closed cases

The following cases were closed in Waldo County criminal courts between the dates of June 14 and June 27.

Deven Anderson, 28, of Bangor, sexual abuse of minor, dismissed; unlawful sexual touching, Waldo County Jail 364 days, all suspended, probation one year.

Daniel Armstrong, 40, of Northport, failing to produce permit, $50 fine.

Karen Elaine Araiza, 60, of Portland, driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Henry Bear, 63, of Houlton, fishing after exceeding elver fishing quota.

Bo Denny Brassbridge, 25, of Monroe, operating under the influence (drugs or combo), $500 fine, license suspended, 150 days; driving to endanger, dismissed.

Adam L. Dodge, 32, of Rockport, failure to have permit or violate gear restriction, $100 fine.

Clifford J. Dumont, 26, of South China, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, Waldo County Jail 180 days, all but 7 days suspended, stayed until July 12, probation one year, license suspended three years; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Harland F. Gamble, 61, of Prospect, failure to notify of commercial harvest, $100 fine.

Melissa G. Goguen, 38, of Lincolnville, criminal mischief, dismissed.

Charles Guite, 22, of Bangor, aggravated assault, dismissed; domestic violence assault, dismissed; assault, $300 fine, Waldo County Jail 45 days; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, Waldo County Jail 45 days; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, dismissed.

Jennifer St. Hilaire, 54, of Winthrop, operating under the influence (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, $750 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Jeffrey W. Hustus, 53, of Searsport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, Department of Corrections 10 months; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Brady Irish, 23, of Lincoln, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, Waldo County Jail six months.

Frank L. Johnson II, of Stockton Springs, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, Waldo County Jail 21 days, license suspended 180 days; theft by unauthorized used of property, Waldo County Jail 21 days; operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed; violating condition of release, Waldo County Jail seven days.

Gregory R. LaFortune, 45, of Belfast, possessing sexually explicit material of minor under 12, Department of Corrections four years, all but nine months suspended, probation two years.

Maxwell R. Lancaster, 20, of Albion, burning without permit, $100 fine, $236 restitution.

Benjamin L. Langer, 39, of Brooks, failing to extinguish fire, $200 fine, $2,370 restitution.

Zachary Lear, 20, of Belfast, criminal mischief, Waldo County Jail 48 hours, $500 restitution.

Guy S. Leeman III, 43, of Palermo, domestic violence terrorizing, with domestic violence priors, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing, $500 fine.

Michael J. Levenduski, 41, of Knox, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, Department of Corrections three years, all but nine months suspended, stayed until Aug. 5, three years probation.

Chandler Dean Littlefield, 50, of Frankfort, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, $1,000 fine, Waldo County Jail six months, stayed until Sept. 6; failure to register vehicle, Waldo County Jail 30 days, stayed until Sept. 6.

Zebediah Maker, 34, of Liberty, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Jesse McIntire, 38, of Old Town, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $250 fine.

Edmund Melanson, 76, of Montiville, solicitation of a child, no sentencing information available.

Waylon Hawk M. Milliard, 29, of Unity, violating condition of release, $200 fine.

Ann M. Moody, 30, of Belfast, operating vehicle without license, $250 fine.

James Mylen, 28, of Winterport, theft by receiving stolen property, dismissed.

Walter Schaller, 69, of Northport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $150 fine.

Dillian J. Springer, 27, Bangor, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, $400 fine.

Nicholas Winter, 20, of Lincolnville, burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.
