Penobscot Marine Museum Old Vestry, 2 Church St., Searsport. Dr. Sean Birkel, Maine state climatologist, tells how Penobscot Bay froze during the most severe winters of the late 1700s, 1800s, and early 1900s and relate the talk to current and future climate in Maine.
