8 - 9 a.m. "Meat & Potatoes" with Sonja Sleeper, your host. This show is about basics: what, who, where and even the occasional why? What does that mean? Topics to be discussed can be anything! How about some tips on etiquette? Ecology? When to clear your yard in spring for optimum overwintering creature survival? How about the mysteries of property appraisal? This show is educational with a bit of humor, so we can all have a better understanding of the world around us via the little things.




9 - 10 a.m. "In Town Tunes," with Jo Lindsay. Mid coast Maine's local music show. Jo plays local musicians from the mid coast area, and musicians playing in the mid coast area in the up & coming weeks. If you don't think there’s a lot going on musically in this area, then you have not been paying attention.


10 - 11 a.m. “Dublin to Dingle,” join Christine Murphy for a journey of music, song, and stories taking us through the land of the Emerald Isle.



“World in Song,” a vast variety of music.


2 - 4 p.m. New Bluegrass show with Resa Randolph- exploding bluegrass in the 21st century with new releases, new bands and new sounds.


4 - 5 p.m. “Rogue Planet,”  with Robert Lichtman- music, words, ideas and dreams.



5 - 7 p.m. "The Rockpile” w/  sizzlin’ Jerry Sytsma. Blues hour from 5-6 p.m. brings you the latest new blues music from new artists and some favorites from the past. From 6-7 p.m. the Rockpile radio show is a mix of classic rock from the 60's to the present with featured artist shows. Special in-studio guests, requests and lots of info about the music you hear.



7 - 8 p.m. “Taking No Chances With Grumpy” - rock and roll musical adventure with well seasoned DJ Carl Rhode.



8 - 10 p.m. “Farmer’s Got More than  Blues,” is a fusion of electric blues, rock blues, funky blues, soulful blues, and contemporary blues. Each week Bonnie Farmer, your host, will bring to the air upbeat dance music with great rhythms and tempos.




10 - 11 p.m. Parte a Ancora with Joao Bentes in Portuguese.
