11 a.m. – 2 p.m. “Rhythms and Rhymes with Grampy Keith.”  A mix of poetry, old and new, along with music. The music could be anything from “popular” tunes from the 30’s through the 70’s including country, rock, swing, and occasionally some classical pieces. Grampy Keith hopes to interest local folks who are writing verse to come to the station and read their poetry for the listeners to enjoy. Call the station to contact Grampy Keith 594-0721 and leave a message for him.

2 - 3 p.m. “On the Road,” with Ron Staschak. I have been bicycle touring for over 25 years. Last winter I completed a tour across the USA (San Diego to Tallahassee to Atlanta, AMTRAK to St. Paul,MN, to Binghamton, NY). Each week I will talk with local bicycle experts (mechanics) and tourers, and I will also talk with visiting bicycle tourists.

3 - 4 p.m. “Rotary Time,” with DJ Chuckee.

4 - 6 p.m. “Happy Hour,” with DJ Chuckee. “The Longest Hour in radio,” featuring music familiar and not, celebratory send-outs, and “From Where I Stood, The Millay Moment” wherein we honour Rockland’s own poet, Edna St. Vincent Millay.

6 – 7 p.m. “World in Song.”

7 - 8 p.m. Imbibe the Vibe hosted by Amie and Ryan, is a radio show encompassing a variety of live sets and albums of modern-day jam bands who have been influenced by earlier musicians of classic rock, funk, soul, jazz, reggae and blues. The vibe of live music can be a very sacred exchange between the musicians and the audience, where the band plays off the energy of the crowd and vice versa. It is our duty to highlight and share these experiences with our listeners and introduce new bands and musicians who sometimes don’t receive the attention they deserve. Sit back and let the vibe do the work.

8 - 9 p.m. “Cheech’s Radio Hour”  Cheech's radio hour celebrates creativity and community.  Artists, musicians, writers and non-profit and community leaders are all welcome on the program. Past celebrity guests have included Dave Gutter (Rustic Overtones) and John Flansberg (They Might Be Giants). Between guests Cheech plays old and new contemporary rock and folk music.  On occasion there has also been story telling and original radio plays by local authors, playwrights and performers.

9 – 10 p.m.  “Imbibe the vibe with Ryan,” To imbibe is to drink. My interpretation of my show title is to take in the music with intention and allow it to influence you with its positivity. Join me as I dig into my personal experiences with music that have shaped my appreciation and understanding of life. Expect to hear a generous spread of jam, funk, folk, indie, and electronic. I will set the audio scene with long tracks, live sets, and full albums as to not interrupt your listening experience. Tune in, turn up, and let the music into your life. Just remember, where we're going, we don't need roads.

10 - 11 p.m. “Break the Anchor” with Joao Bentes- after the moonrise in Rockland, there are waves and salt, boat builders and sailors, local stories or tales from far away oceans through splashes of Rock, Surf-Rock, Garage and Punk. Hear it all on “Break the Anchor.” On Tuesdays it’s in English and on Thursdays it’s in Portuguese at the same time of night.

11 p.m. -1 a.m. Late Night Groove with DJ Bruce Swan. Join Bruce as he explores and introduces you to new singers, songwriters and bands that you may not have heard of…or maybe you have!

“World in Song.”  The music plays on……….
