As restrictions are easing, some of our DJs are cautiously returning to live-programming in the studio. Many WRFR programmers are also still producing their shows remotely. Please note some shows may be re-runs so you may hear announcements of events, weather, etc. from the past.

Join Jo as she reads the obituaries for Knox County.  After each obituary Jo plays a song chosen by her based on what she gleans from each personal obit.

 

10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Dublin to Dingle (LIVE)

Dublin To Dingle, a 2-hour Irish music show, is hosted by Christine Murphy. There may occasionally be live music in the studio or guests sharing their own unique Ireland experiences; musically, culturally or just as one who has a love of Ireland. 4 p.m. - 5 p.m. Rogue Planet w/ Robert Lichtman
Music, words, ideas and dreams.

 

5 p.m. - 7 p.m. The Bonnie Farmer Show

(also Sundays  6 p.m. - 8 p.m.)
Bonnie's show is an eclectic mix of Rock n Roll, R&B, Funk, Blues, 60s bands, current Pop bands, and other genres. Bonnie weaves an old Earl Hooker song with Anouk, or Van Morrison with Dr John. No limits. Bonnie has been producing and airing live shows for the past 10 years on wrfr.  Thanks for tuning in.

 

8 p.m. - 9 p.m Cheech's Radio Hour (repeat)
(original air date Tuesdays  8 p.m. - 9 p.m.)
Cheech’s Radio Hour focuses on creative and community projects. Cheech has interviewed Maine artists, writers, musicians and members of local community organizations. She has also interviewed musicians and artists outside of the Mid Coast including John Flansburgh of They Might Be Giants and Dave Gutter of The Rustic Overtones.  When there is not a guest lined up, Cheech plays some of her favorite rock and pop music.

 

8 p.m. -10.p.m. Live From the Pit

Live from the Pit with J-Lunatic.

Hosted by Jesse McFadden aka J-Lunatic.  "I play 90 alternative, underground hip hop and metal mostly. I do a lot of radio interviews as well in the past."
