The Midcoast Umpire Association of Maine will provide training for interested new members or individuals who look to learn more about the games of baseball or softball.

The association assists with providing professional, quality officiating to area baseball and softball teams, grades seven through 12, as well as to Midcoast youth amateur leagues, including Babe Ruth baseball, Cal Ripken baseball, and Little League baseball/softball, said Chris Bartow of MUA.
