Proposals would shift Augusta, and maybe Waterville, to 2nd Congressional District

Maps showing how Republicans and Democrats want to change Maine's two U.S. Congressional districts and 35 state Senate districts were released late Thursday for voters to contemplate. The Democrats' proposal would move the town of Unity into the 1st District.
