Curry: Casey report on DHHS child services is good start
Casey Family Programs recently issued a report outlining recommendations for the Department of Health and Human Services following the deaths of five Maine children in June. State Sen. Chip Curry, D-Waldo, said more transparency outside department is required, as well as a review of the department's culture.
