Belfast Rotary presents $10,000 to Waldo County Technical Center

Gift represents proceeds of the Rotary Club's annual Harbor Fest gala and auction. Sponsored by United Farmers Market, Mathews Brothers, Nordic Aquafarms and anonymous donors, the event was catered by Bell the Cat and featured live music by Jonesville.
