University of Maine picks up Ocean Energy Institute mantle

The Ocean Energy Institute will close its Rockland offices and transfer all its assets, including Matthew Simmons' library of works, to the University of Maine's AEWC Advanced Structures and Composites Center, which is home to the University of Maine's research and development activity in deepwater offshore wind.
