The Palermo Grange will be holding a flea market on Saturday, July 2, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. A variety of new items have come in, and proceeds will be used to rehabilitate the Grange building. The Grange Hall is located at the Palermo/China town line.

The Palermo Republican Committee hosted its annual spaghetti dinner at the American Legion Post 163 on May 7. The dinner included homemade spaghetti sauces, salads, Italian bread and homemade desserts. The dinner raised over $500, which will go to Republican candidates.

The Palermo Select Board will hold a public hearing on Friday, Feb. 11, at 6 p.m. The meeting at the Palermo Community Library, 2789 Route 3. The main topic of discussion will be the proposed contracting with Liberty Ambulance Service as an emergency service provider for Palermo. Chief Komandt (Palermo) and Chief Gillespie (Liberty) will present their proposal and will be happy to answer all your questions.
