Zeigler announces 4th-term run in reconfigured district

New District 40 will consist of Appleton, Islesboro, Liberty, Lincolnville, Montville, Morrill and Searsmont. Belmont and Palermo, part of Zeigler's current District 96, move to new Districts 39 and 62, respectively.
