Maine school choice debate heads to Supreme Court
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled last year that Montana's school choice program could not bar sectarian schools from participating in a state scholarship program simply for having a religious affiliation. This ruling has given new hope to three Maine families who have taken their case involving the state's tuition program to the nation's highest court. Oral arguments will be heard Dec. 8.
